This page vs the other Zapier reads
When Zapier is still the right pick is whether Zapier is the product. This page starts after that yes.
Zapier pricing explained is how the plan column and the task meter fit. This page does not reprint that map.
Zapier Free vs Professional, Zapier Professional vs Team, and Zapier Team vs Enterprise are one step at a time. This page does not pick a column.
When free isn’t enough is what a free plan unlocks. Free is not a monthly-versus-annual purchase on this page.
Make annual vs monthly is the same billing-cycle question on Make. This page stays on Zapier.
This page is the cycle. Pay the year up front, or keep a month. What the two controls say on the cards. What cancel and an invoice do.
What monthly and yearly each do
These lines are from Zapier pricing, read in a browser on 2026-10-14. The Free price is the listed price, last re-read on 2026-10-29.

| Cycle | What you pay | What the cards do | Listed price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pay yearly | The control is Pay yearly (Save 33%). It was checked on the first load. The FAQ says a prepay for a year of service is a discount compared with monthly payments. | Professional and Team still print a per-month price. The page does not print a yearly lump sum. | This page does not tie a plan price to this control. Check it on the Zapier pricing page. |
| Pay monthly | The control is Pay monthly. It was not checked on the first load. | The same Professional and Team cards. | This page does not tie a plan price to this control. Check it on the Zapier pricing page. |
| Free | Free forever on both controls. This page does not treat Free as a yearly prepay. | The card says 100 tasks per month. | $0/month |
| Enterprise | Contact for pricing on both controls. The FAQ says a sales conversation can reach deeper discounts. Invoice or wire is named for the latest annual Team or Enterprise plan. | The card lists Annual task limits as a feature. That line is not a public price, and it is not the billing control. | Contact for pricing |
The currency button on that read said USD. The billing group has two radios. Pay yearly (Save 33%) was checked. Pay monthly was not.
Commit to annual payments for a lower monthly fee. Or talk with our Sales team for access to deeper discounts on our Enterprise plan.
Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, you'll receive a discount compared to monthly payments, please view the pricing above. We also offer non-profits a 15% discount on any paid plan (excluding any pay-per-task charges).
That is the discount sentence on the pricing FAQ. A converted savings figure was not on the page. The 15% line is a non-profit discount, not a second billing cycle. This page does not turn either percent into a dollar.
Billing controls and the discount FAQ: Zapier pricing. Accessed 2026-10-14.
What the entry cards print
The first stop on the task control prints Starting from and does not name a task count. One step later, the task label is 100, and the paid cards name their first task tier.
The Zapier pricing page lists Free at $0/month, Professional at $19.99/month, and Team at $69/month, last re-read on 2026-10-29. That read does not record the billing control or the task volume, so this page does not tie those prices to Pay yearly or Pay monthly. Free shows 100 tasks per month. Enterprise prints Contact for pricing.
The task control changes the paid card prices. This page does not print a price for any task stop. The last stop says Contact sales for custom limits on Professional and Team.
The Enterprise card lists Annual task limits among its features. That is a plan feature, not the Pay yearly control, and it is not a public price. What a task counts is on Zapier pricing explained.

When the year up front earns it
Read one situation at a time.
Swipe sideways on a narrow screen. Not a scored table.
| Situation | Cycle that fits | Why, from the page read |
|---|---|---|
| You will stay the year and can pay it up front | Pay yearly | The FAQ says a prepay for a year of service is a discount compared with monthly payments. The control label is Pay yearly (Save 33%). This page does not turn Save 33% into a dollar. |
| You may leave inside the year | Pay monthly | Yearly is a prepay. The cancel FAQ says you may cancel at any time and keep the paid plan for the remainder of the billing cycle. That page does not print a refund dollar. |
| You need an invoice or a wire | Annual, on Team or Enterprise | The FAQ says you can pay via invoice or wire transfer on the latest annual Team or Enterprise plan. |
| The task stop is past the entry line | Either control, then verify | Moving the task control changes the card price. This page does not print a price for any task stop. |
| Free | Neither paid cycle | Free is listed at $0/month, last re-read on 2026-10-29. The card says 100 tasks per month. |
| Enterprise | Contact for pricing | No public dollar on either control. The commit line says talk with Sales for deeper discounts. |
What cancel and an invoice do
The lock-in is the year already paid, and what the pricing page says if you leave or need an invoice before that year ends.
If you no longer wish to use Zapier, you may cancel at any time. You'll still have access to your paid plan for the remainder of your billing cycle.
The same answer points at a refund policy. It does not print a refund dollar. It does not say whether a yearly prepay ends at the next month or at the end of the year.
You can pay via invoice or wire transfer on the latest annual Team or Enterprise plan.
Pick any task tier, and if you reach your limit, you'll be switched to pay-as-you-go unless you turn it off or move up to a higher tier.
That pay-as-you-go line is the ceiling, not the billing cycle. A pay-per-task rate was not printed on this read. The meter itself is on Zapier pricing explained.
